I provided foundational support to instructional designers within the Centre for Leadership Excellence, contributing to the development of the first digital assets for state-wide eLearning training modules. These modules are strategically designed to strengthen leadership capability across Queensland Health — targeting both clinical leaders and management.
The goal of this initiative is to enhance leadership performance, uplift workforce culture, and directly address inequities within the health system. My contributions laid the groundwork for scalable, future-focused learning experiences that align with Queensland Health’s commitment to equity, quality, and continuous improvement.
