Queensland Health – Palliative Care Icons

As part of a visual communications brief for Queensland Health, I developed a series of icons based on pre-existing material to symbolise key aspects of the Palliative Care Program. The icons were designed to support communication around how funding has been allocated and used to improve palliative care services across the workforce.
The final design work was integrated into an informational poster, which was presented at a Queensland Health conference to facilitate discussion and share outcomes with sector stakeholders. The icons played a key role in making complex information more accessible and engaging for a broad health audience.
